This is so much more than just food! You will receive a multitude of cleansing & rebuilding recipes. However, there will also be a large emphasis on the metaphysical aspects of cleansing. This is truly a time for you to focus inwards. Allowing what needs to be felt, heard, and seen to come forth so that you can release what is no longer serving you on a physical, mental, and emotional level. Throughout the cleanse you will be provided with mindfulness activities, journaling prompts, digital detox activities, recorded meditations, yoga poses, and more. This can be a powerful cleanse on more than just the physical level.
Cleansing is an ancient, sacred practice that can truly reset and refresh not only our physical health but our mental & emotional health as well.
It is an unveiling to more of who you really are. Releasing what no longer serves you to make space for more of what makes you come alive.

Once the cleanse is complete, we will have our final webinar for Re-Integration. Making sure you gently come off the cleanse with support for rebuilding and continuing self-care practices & intentions/goals for the rest of the year.
Ayurveda is not a diet or trend such as Vegan, Raw, Vegetarian, or Paleo. Ayurveda is an ancient science based on each individual's unique needs. There is no one diet that works for everyone. The biodiversity of the human species and the diversity of the earth itself does not allow for a "one size fits all" approach to eating. Ayurveda is unique in that it recognizes each person's individual constitution & life circumstances to determine what is best for YOU.
Ayurveda determines each person's unique makeup through doshas or constitutions based on the elements of the earth. The 3 doshas are: Pitta, Kapha, & Vata. Pitta is fire & water. Kapha is earth & water. Vata is space & air.
Prior to the cleanse, I will help you determine your primary dosha via a dosha test that will guide your cleanse.
Ayurveda is an earth-based science. It is founded on the notion that we are not separate from the earth but deeply connected & interwoven with the earth. We are literally made of star dust, birthed from the great oceans, and made of the very elements that constitute our world. Thus, Ayurveda offers us vital guidelines for cleansing with the earth via the seasons.
Helping us move our minds, bodies, & spirits in rhythm with the earth itself to restore harmony & vitality in our health.
Through webinars & the cleanse manual, you will receive information, guidelines, & tools on Ayurvedic science that you can continue to integrate long after the cleanse.
Along with Ayurvedic practices we will be using nature's powerful & unique forms of medicine through superfoods, healing plants, & herbs.
Over the past 4 years, I have studied & tested many different superfoods & herbs. Many have been powerful plant allies in my own healing & vitality.
During the cleanse, we will incorporate superfoods to help cleanse, detoxify, & best support your body's healing process. As well as receive multiple recipes, bonuses, & resources to continue to incorporate superfoods into your life.
The cleanse will include 3 nights of 16 hour fasting. Fasting has been used throughout history to help improve digestion, increase mental clarity, promote longevity, and remove toxins.
Recent research has shown that intermittent fasting has similar benefits to prolonged fasts.
During our cleanse we will skip dinner 3 nights intermittently for a 12-16 hour fast. Typically, we will not eat from 6pm until 10-11am the next day. This type of fasting is accessible, safe, & easy to follow without the pain of prolonged restriction.
While prolonged fasting certainly has it's benefits, it also requires a deep commitment of going inward & shutting the world out.
The goal of this cleanse is to gently yet powerfully detoxify & rebuild our body's natural vitality while still going about our daily routines & lives with focus & energy.
Self Care & Mindfulness
This cleanse can be a sacred time to move gently inwards & listen to your body. An important aspect of this cleanse will be self-care, introspection, & mindfulness activities.
We will move into the idea of self-care as essential vs self-care as selfish. Providing you with a multitude of guided tools, activities, & practices to integrate throughout the week.
