Sips of Love: Drinks To Empower & Nourish

Sometimes I get more excited about drinks than I do food. The following are my favorite ways to Incorporate Superfoods in big giant mugs of Goodness. All of the recipes contain a Multitude of Superfoods for High Level nutrition with each sip!  

Helpful Equipment:

  • Vitamix or Blentec
  • Milk Frother (probably my favorite tool..give me ALL the frothiness!)
 

Recipes


Adulting Like a Boss Hot Chocolate

(Vegan, GF)

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp Raw Cacao Powder

1 tsp Maca Powder

1 tsp Reishi Mushroom Powder

½ Tbsp Coconut Oil

2-3 Drops Vanilla Essence

1.5 Cups Non-Dairy Milk of Choice

6 Drops Liquid Stevia

*Optional 2 Tsp Non-GMO Soy lecithin for creaminess

*Optional 1 Tsp Tocos Powder (creaminess & supercharge)

1. Heat milk in saucepan

2. Add all ingredients to blender. OR use milk frother to stir which also creates frothiness like the blender does. 

3. Top with cinnamon (optional)


Golden Milk Goodness

Ingredients

2 tsp Turmeric Powder

1.5 cups Almond Milk

1 cup Hot Water

1 tsp Cinnamon Powder

1 Tbsp Raw Honey

1/2 Tbsp Coconut Oil

Pinch of Black Pepper (optional for optimal absorption of turmeric)

1. Heat water.

2. Add all ingredients in blender, mix with whisk, OR use milk frother 

3. Top with more cinnamon.
