Favorite Morning Smoothie

My favorite way to start the day (after Coffee of course)is a giant smoothie packed with nutrients, life-giving ingredients, and deliciousness. 

Here is my go-to Morning Smoothie Recipe. 

 

Morning Wake-Up (Raw, Vegan, GF)

Ingredients:

(serves 1-2)

1 Cup Wild Organic Frozen Blueberries

1 Ripe Banana (can be frozen or fresh)

2 Generous Handfuls of Fresh, Organic Spinach

2 scoops Sun Warrior Chocolate Protein Powder

1.5 Tbsp Almond Butter

2 tsp Spirulina

1 Cup Almond Milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)

*optional add-ons: 

1 tsp Maca Powder

1 tsp Reishi Powder 

1tsp Everlasting Youth & Vitality

1.Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

2. Add water to help blend if needed.

3. Top with goji berries and shredded coconut for added fun.
